ZOOA Collective

ZOOA Collective Founded in Madrid in 2023 by an Ecuadorian artist and a Peruvian filmmaker, emerged from Four Dimensions of a Monolith, a short film that activated stone as a site of memory, fiction, and inquiry. That encounter became a methodological detonation, guiding the collective toward research-driven, interdisciplinary practices that move from mineral to vegetal, image to text, document to myth. ZOOA develops hybrid languages across visual arts, cinema, literature, and sound, cultivating speculative ecologies of knowledge.
